Lucrative Disney job everyone wants
WORKING at a Disney theme park is a dream job for some - and a nightmare for others.
Workers and their families and friends have now revealed all about what the best jobs at Disney are - and some are not what you'd imagine, The Sun reports.
Workers on a Reddit thread were asked to reveal what the best jobs were, and while many plumped for the princesses, others said a behind-the-scenes job was best.
They revealed everything from which jobs got the biggest tips, to which job let you get off a bit early.
It might not be the most appealing initially, and you won't get to hang out with a handsome prince or beautiful princess all day.
But apparently, a Disney electrician gets one of the cushiest jobs at the park.
One Reddit user, whose brother had the job, said: "Most of the year he drives around in a little golf cart all day and fixes stupid simple quick-fix type stuff.
"If anything requires too much time or effort to fix, he puts in a ticket with a vendor who will do it.
"He loves getting to see behind the scenes of big rides, and apparently his golf cart goes the perfect speed for catching eggs in Pokemon Go."
A "FACE" CHARACTER
In civilian terms, this means a well-known character from Disney's films with a human face, like Cinderella, Tinker Bell and Mary Poppins.
A face character is best because it is less uncomfortable than wearing a giant fake head.
"Everyone I knew wanted to be a character - so many would go to the auditions," one former worker revealed.
"A lot of the girls wanted to be a princess.
"[A roommate I had] dated one of the meanest Cinderellas [I've] ever known."
A SERVER AT CLUB 33
This exclusive private members' club has branches at three different Disney parks.
Members pay $35,000 to drink and eat there, and there's also a jazz bar and luxury apartments.
The club was designed as a haven for celebs, with some of its supposed members including Elton John, Elizabeth Taylor, Tom Hanks and Christina Aguilera.
As a result, it's also one of the best places for employees to get big tips.
A WORKER AT ANIMAL KINGDOM
A job at the Animal Kingdom is the best option if you're a bit of a slacker.
"Any [job] at Animal Kingdom [is good] because it closes so early," an ex-staffer said.
The reason that Animal Kingdom shuts early is so that the animals, such as the lions, can be taken care of - and can have a bit of a break.
