Drink driver drove into Sippy Downs garage

A DRIVER who smashed through a closed door into a Sippy Downs garage was over the legal blood-alcohol limit.

Alana Sinclair had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08% after she hit a pole and crash-parked at the Fitzwilliam Dr address on June 25.

Ms Sinclair, 32, pleaded guilty in the Maroochydore Magistrates yesterday to one count of drink-driving and another of driving without due care and attention.

She was fined $400 and $300 on each respective charge and disqualified from driving for two months.
