‘Elderly’ man in hospital after two-vehicle smash

A man is in hospital after two vehicles collided in North Rockhampton on Friday morning.

Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle crash on Symons Street and Snelling Street, Park Avenue, at 5.13am.

A man, who was described as “elderly” by Queensland Ambulance Service, complained of rib pain.

He was transported by paramedics to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.
