Emerald shopping centre for sale

THE Emerald Village Shopping Centre is up for sale and those interested have just under a month to state their claim.

Jacob Swan and Sam Hatcher of Jones Lang LaSalle are selling the centre that is 100% leased.

It houses a Woolworths supermarket, together with one mini major, 22 specialty tenants, two ATMs and a KFC pad site to provide a total GLA of 7,290.0 sqm.

“The centre provides a dominant offering in Emerald, the home of the largest coal reserve in Australia, but also draws a significant spend from surrounding towns including North Clermont, Capella, Middlemount, Rubyvale, Sapphire, Alpha and Dysart,” said Mr Swan.

The shopping centre hosts national and local tenants including Just Jeans, Commonwealth Bank, Prouds, Rockmans, Telstra, Leonard’s Poultry, Jay Jays and KFC.

Expressions of interest close on June 23.
