Empowerment through exercise

CHRISTINA Inslay is empowering women throughout Rockhampton one body at a time.

With a strong focus on women's health the owner of Simply Her Fitness has created safe, judgement-free environment for clients who have the drive to achieve their goals.

Established for nine-months, her business specialises in all fitness levels for women.

"Getting active has many benefits, regardless of age and body type,” Christina said.

"Exercise can lower the risk of disease, control your weight, improve your mood, boost energy levels and promote a better sleeping pattern.”

To begin the start of their fitness journey with Simply Her Fitness, Christina said clients were given a no-obligation fitness assessment with one of their friendly and professional trainers.

"Clients would also receive a three-day trial for those wishing to try before they buy,” Christina said.

"Best of all, and most importantly of all, we provide ongoing support to all our clients - so if their goals change, or they lose a bit of focus, we can direct them on their fitness path once more.”

Simply Her Fitness is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 6.30pm and Saturday's from 7.30am to 10.30am.
