Emu Park and Yeppoon say thanks to volunteers

THIS Saturday, Emu Park and Yeppoon will say thanks to the coast's Cyclone Marcia heroes.

Local businesses invite the Emu Park SES, Keppel Sands, Coowonga, Cawarral, Tanby and Nankin Creek Rural Fire Brigade volunteers to Bell Park from 2pm to 8pm.

There will be a barbecue, live music and raffles.

IGA has donated over $1000 worth of food for a barbecue, while the Pine Beach Hotel has donated beers for the day.

A free bus has been organised for those coming from Cawarral, Coowonga and Keppel Sands.

To book the bus, contact Mandy at the Emu Park Backpackers on 0413 398 784.
