England brushes aside Fiji for 11th straight win

RUGBY UNION: England's 11th win in a row has given a buoyant Eddie Jones selection worries most coaches would enjoy.

An England team boasting several new faces demolished Fiji 58-15 at Twickenham on Saturday.

England, one victory away from its longest-ever winning run, faces the Wallabies on December 4.

But first Jones's team faces Argentina this week.

"There's no way we've come anywhere near maximising our talent yet, and that's the exciting thing for us,” he said.

After the Fiji win Jones praised Elliot Daly and man-of-the-match Semesa Rokoduguni, who made his first appearance since he was dropped after one appearance against the All Blacks in 2014 and announced his return with two tries.

"He promised two tries and he got them,” Jones said. "I thought he did really well. He came back today, was nervous before the game, but the players supported him very well and he played well.”

Daly impressed for the second week running despite being moved to the wing to accommodate Jonathan Joseph.

"He's presenting a great option for us - versatility. He can play 13 or 11, I want to see if he can play 15 in the future for us, but really good.

"We've got some good (selection) questions to answer. All things being equal we'll pick a good side next week.”

After a Six Nations Grand Slam, the whitewash series victory in Australia already under his belt, and wins at home, England is within one victory off its longest ever winning streak.
