Fake gun out car window causes panic on Rocky streets

POLICE were forced to track down a vehicle yesterday morning after there were reports of a passenger pointing a gun at passing vehicles.

A man was spoken to by police and cautioned after it was established that the gun was actually a novelty lighter.

Witnesses reported the man in the passenger seat pointing the item out the window, with several occupants in the vehicle.
