Family travel for Mrs Myles

FAMILY from the Capricorn Coast, nieces from Sydney and friends from Moranbah gathered at Sunset Ridge, Zilzie on Friday, September 11, to celebrate Mary Myles's 90th birthday.

Mary moved to the local area from Sydney with her late husband Peter to be close to family.

They were residents of Kinka Beach for 18 years.

Mary, who comes from a large family, is the only one to reach the age of 90.

She has two children, Allan of Kinka Beach and Peter (deceased), three grandchildren, eight grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Mary enjoys living at Sunset Ridge, where she says the staff have been wonderful to her.

Staff joined the family at a luncheon to celebrate Mary's special birthday.
