UPDATE: aged care centre evacuated after fire in roof
UPDATE 1pm: Benevolent Living CEO Alison Moss confirmed there was a "small fire" in the roof of one of the houses.
She could not confirm what started the fire but believed it may have been caused by a solar panel.
Ms Moss said everyone was evacuated and subsequently accounted for.
"Everybody is safe - I just want to confirm that," she said.
She said two residents would have to move in to temporary accommodation due to two bedrooms being damages by sprinklers.
Ms Moss said the smooth evacuation was a result of constant fire training at the home.
Benevolent Living will be assisting fire services with an investigation to determine the cause of the blaze.
