Flooding forces emergency closure of Rocky region school
SIGNIFICANT rainfall and localised flooding has prompted the emergency closure of a Rockhampton region school.
Ridgelands State School is one of 15 emergency state school's closed as of 8am this morning as weather conditions and isolated flooding make access unsafe for staff, parents and students.
The school is located on Dalma-Ridgelands Rd.
