Morning fogs continue to roll on in over Rockhampton region

9am: THE fogs continue to roll on in, covering Rockhampton most mornings at the moment.

Some fogs have been as thick as Hearty Beef soup.

This morning, The Bulletin asked readers via Facebook where the worst visibility on roads were.

Here are their responses:

Katrina Ramm - heading out to paridise lagoons ,only just see in front of your car

Elizabeth Lambert-Barker - At the airport :/

Stuart Beer -  Berserker st, and please, put your headlights on people!

Maryann Molloy - Gracemere nest st Pauls

Joanne Coulter - Anything close to the river.

Karlah Maree Thorne - End of lakes creek near the police house was hectic this morning!

Tenille Sealy - Wigginton street is terrible

Readers also shared fresh fog pics from around the region this morning.

August 9: A THICK blanket of fog laying across Rockhampton this morning created a bit of driver danger.

Not only did drivers need to defrost all windows on their vehicles, if they had been parked outside overnight, but the fog was so thick that visibility was an issue.

One driver said it was surprising how many motorists did not have their headlights on.

If you took a photo of this morning's fog, we would love to use some in tomorrow's paper. Please submit via Share a Photo.

Meanwhile, what driving behaviour did you notice on the roads this morning?
