STAR Manly five-eighth Kieran Foran will reunite with former teammates Anthony Watmough, Will Hopoate and Darcy Lussick at Parramatta from next season after signing a four-year deal reportedly worth $4.7 million.

Foran's arrival will put a question mark over the future of Corey Norman who is in the second year of a three-year deal believed to be worth $450,000-a-season. Norman turned in a man-of-the-match performance against Manly on Friday night, a game that saw Foran limp off with a badly injured ankle that is expected to sideline him for three weeks.

The Kiwi international was being sought by several clubs, including the Warriors and Bulldogs.

Manly was also keen to retain his services after halves partner Daly Cherry-Evans announced last week he had signed a two-year deal with a two-year option to join the Gold Coast Titans from next season.

The loss of players such as Foran, Cherry-Evans and Watmough, as well as representative back-rower Glenn Stewart, has raised speculation Manly great Bob Fulton could be brought in as the director of football, with a focus on player recruitment and retention.

Coach Geoff Toovey is also believed to be on borrowed time, with reports suggesting he could be sacked within weeks if the team doesn't improve on its 42-12 loss to Parramatta in round one.

Meanwhile, Junior Paulo is out for nine weeks after the Eels were unsuccessful last night in downgrading his grade three dangerous throw charge at the NRL judiciary, paving the way for Danny Wicks to play his first NRL game since 2009.
