DURING a heated interchange over the tragic stillbirth of Gladstone woman Emma Green's baby in Queensland Parliament this morning, Health Minister Lawrence Springborg promised she and her family would view the report of the investigation into the case before he did.

A root cause analysis and an investigation by an interstate expert was ordered after Ms Green was allegedly turned away by Rockhampton Hospital while in labour in May.

Rockhampton Hospital staff allegedly told her it was too early for her to be induced or admitted and her baby died in her womb.

During a grilling from Rockhampton MP Bill Byrne and Bundamba MP Jo-Ann Miller, Mr Springborg said the report would be viewed by Ms Green's family first.

He added that it would be up to the family as to what they would release of the report.

Ms Miller criticized Mr Springborg for not contacting the family yesterday, saying "it's a disgraceful effort from a health minister isn't it?".
