Here's how the fires developed

• Friday

Afternoon -Mt Archer fire flares up, households are asked to evacuate in the Yeppoon Road area.

• Saturday

6.30am - Frenchville, Lakes Creek and Koongal told to prepare for a fire.

2.30pm - Berserker Ranges fire out of control.

4.15pm - Some Frenchville, Koongal, Lakes Creek residents evacuated.

Some structures feared lost. Peltophorum Street, Koongal and in the Cooper Street and Rockonia Road areas hit hard.Lakes Creek Road closed.

6pm - The bridge at the Teys Brothers meatworks bridge, Nerimbera reported on fire at 5.50pm. Lakes Creek School saved, but grounds burnt out.

9pm- Yeppoon-Rockhampton Road closed. Some evacuated residents return home. A Poinciana Street, Koongal home confirmed lost.

• Sunday

9am- Forbes Avenue homes under fire attack.

10am - Fire near Forbes Avenue, Frenchville Road areas, Neill Street, Murlay and Thirkettle Avenue.

Yeppoon Rockhampton, Emu Park Rockhampton and Lakes Creek Road closed.

11.15am - Saunders Street, Holt Street, Bloxsom Street and Shields Avenue in Frenchville evacuated.

4.15pm - Immediate threat passed for Frenchville area. Fight to stop fire jumping Yeppoon Rockhampton Road at Access 9 through the night.
