High-speed car chase in North Rockhampton

MOTORISTS in Rockhampton are urged to travel safely after reports of a high-speed car chase around North Rockhampton this morning.

Witnesses say police were chasing the car near Stockland Rockhampton around 11:00am.

One witness, who called The Morning Bulletin this morning, says the car being pursued had almost hit her.

Reports coming through suggest the car, described as a dark Holden commodore or a Ford Falcon, is near K-Mart at Stockland.
