Honesty ends in charges for pot stashed down pants

A MAN who was caught with cannabis stashed in his pants was fined $450 in Rockhampton Magistrates Court yesterday.

Robert Conrad Hiscox pleaded guilty to one count of possessing dangerous drugs after police caught him while walking on a Park Avenue street on January 14.

The court heard Hiscox produced three grams of cannabis wrapped in foil.

Upon showing police, he said "I suppose I should give you this".

He told police he paid $60 for the drugs.
