BULLY BUZZ: Howzat for harmony, with cricket set to unite

FROM Pakistan to Bangladesh, India and New Zealand, everyone loves a good game of cricket just as much as Australians.

So what better way to bring the multicultural community together than a friendly match of cricket, and of course throwing a few snags on the barbie?

In partnership with the Queensland Police Service (QPS), the Islamic Society CQ as well as the Multicultural Development Association and the Antidiscrimination Commission Queensland are organising a 'Harmony Cricket Match' on December 5.

The social game, aimed to promote the community harmony and cohesion through a typically Aussie event like a game of cricket and a BBQ, will be played between 8am-12pm at the CQUniversity Cricket Ground.

Count me in guys, but be warned, whoever has me on their team will probably regret it because I'm not the best at cricket...maybe I should stick to the BBQ?
