Hungry Jacks boss hit with bottle

A MAN has been arrested and charged with assault after allegedly attacking a staff member at Rockhampton’s northside Hungry Jacks restaurant.

Police said the manager of the restaurant was hit in the face with a glass bottle about 3pm on Sunday.

No one at the restaurant would comment about the attack and the extent of the manager’s injuries was not disclosed.

A police spokesman said the glass bottle did not smash and the alleged attacker would appear in court within the next few weeks.
