Instagram road trip of Tasmania

Instagram is hot. It's a buzzing social media platform that is capturing the imaginations of shutterbugs from all over Australia.

So far, instagram has more than 200 million monthly users worldwide and growing.

When it comes to encouraging the use of instagram, Queensland is on the front foot.

Queensland's Instameets are redefining the tourism industry and are bringing people together to champion the state.

As Queensland resident, it makes me proud to think I live in a state that is at the forefront of innovation in travel.

I recently went on an instagram journey around southern Tasmania with four of Australia's top instagrammers and was amazed at the quality of work they produced.

I decided to pull together a collection of these photos and write an InstaDiary. I'm sure the photos will impress. Think golden sunrises and awe-inspiring sunsets.

Here are the highlights of our Instagram road trip around Tasmania
