Look at them after gym challenge

IT was the dream of having a baby that made Rockhampton's Holly and Mick Spozetta lose a combined 46kg to make it a reality.

Through three Goodlife Health Club 12-Week Challenges, Holly and Mick encouraged each other to shed the weight they'd carried for so long.

"My husband and I had wanted to lose weight and get healthy in order to have a baby," Holly said.

"We were really sick of feeling lethargic and having no zest for life."

The 12-Week Challenge struck a chord with the Spozettas and after losing 10kg in her first challenge, Holly began to believe she could achieve anything.

"It was so much easier doing it together and if either of us was having a bad day we could say, 'come on let's go'," the 27-year-old said. We began to put ourselves back together and with each kilo lost, we got a new lease on life," she said.

"Mick had high blood pressure before he began and weighed 135kg - he now weighs 115kg. His whole shape has been transformed with weight training and he now has normal blood pressure, which is great."
