A LAWSUIT has been filed accusing Justin Bieber of fathering a child with a fan - a claim he has strenuously denied.
Mariah Yeater, 20, has filed legal papers stating she had a sexual encounter with the pop superstar on October 25, 2010, following a performance at Los Angeles' Staples Center and he is the dad of her almost four-month-old son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6.
The documents were filed on October 31, 2011, and Yeater has signed an affidavit, sworn under the penalty of perjury, to support her claims.
