Kmart drink dispenser thrown at door in dispute

A MAN breached a domestic violence order when he threw a Kmart glass drink dispenser at a bedroom door which his then partner was standing behind.

The 31-year-old pleaded guilty in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court yesterday to the breach.

The court heard the pair had been arguing out the front of the building prior to the glass dispenser incident.

The man was ordered to an 18-month probation order.
