Landslide closes route to Rosslyn Bay

A SMALL landslide at Yeppoon's Statue Bay headland has closed the Scenic Highway from the Clayton Street roundabout at Lammermoor Beach to Mulambin Road.

Residents in the area and boaties wanting to access Rosslyn Bay Harbour are urged to go via Tanby Road/ Kinka Beach.

A Rockhampton Regional Council spokesman said the road was expected to be opened tomorrow, but couldn’t give an exact time.
