Relive VW Kombi days with Lego

REMEMBER when you would while away the hours playing with Lego? What about when you would see a split-window VW Kombi cruising along the coast?

Those days may be long gone, but now you can relive them with this highly detailed Lego Kombi van.

The toy company has released a 1332-piece design of the 1960s T1 ''Splitty'' van, complete with folding front glass shields and a pop-up camper roof.

It's 30 centimetres long and 14 centimetres high, and recommended for experienced Lego builders (16 years and older). It costs $169.99 plus postage.
