LETTER TO EDITOR: How do we decrease bad driving behaviour?
THE eight fatalities from road accidents over Easter was recorded as the worst in two decades and authorities are asking questions on what to do about the situation.
I have often seen reckless driving behaviour and have always asked the question of what is wrong with the driver?

A senior police officer commented in TMB (Tuesday 7/4/15), stating they have seen high drink driving detections; not wearing seatbelts; distraction from mobile phones and other devices; and people driving fatigued, all of which are decisions that could have been avoided.
Driver decision has contributed to the horrible result, so how do you address this problem?
