Light plane crash at Glen Aplin in south-west Queensland

PARAMEDICS have rushed to the scene of a light aircraft crash in south-west Queensland at Glen Aplin, south of Stanthorpe.

Emergency services have confirmed a male on board has suffered "minor injuries at this stage".

The plane is thought to have crashed on Collins Rd at 11.28am.

The pilot was able to pull himself from the plane.

He is now being taken to Stanthorpe Hospital in a stable condition.
