Livingstone agrees to cut collection in half to Ogmore

LIVINGSTONE Shire Council has agreed to requests from Ogmore residents to reduce waste services to the township.

A survey was conducted on the 35 residents, with 14 indicating a preference to discontinue recycling collection and for kerbside collection to be moved from weekly to fortnightly.

In the council meeting yesterday the motion was moved.

Cr Adam Belot commended officers on their level of "micromanagement" in the surveying of Ogmore residents.
