LOOKING for something to keep the kids amused on school holidays?

Here are a few ideas.

Today:

Twilight Movies-Escape from Planet Earth. Location: Big Dam, Mount Morgan. Time: 7pm. Free entry

Fireman Sam Stage Show Location: Stockland Rockhampton, Outside Strandbags. Show times: 11am & 1pm, meet and greet at 12pm

Making Monster Faces Felt Workshop with Cap Coast Textile Artists. Fun felting activity suitable for 8 - 12 years of age. Location: Community Centre Garage. Time: 8.30am - 11am. Cost: Free.

Tomorrow:

4NAG 91.3FM - Music In The Park. Time: 3:00pm -7:00pm

Location: Beaman Park, James Street Yeppoon, QLD, 4703. Free Entry

Youth Movies: How to Train your Dragon 2. Location: Yeppoon Town Hall, Normanby Street Yeppoon, QLD, 4703. Time: 4.30pm-6.30pm. Cost: $5per person. Tickets can be purchased 45 minutes prior to commencement of screening.

Youth Movies: Transformers - Age of Extinction. Location: Yeppoon Town Hall, Normanby Street Yeppoon, QLD, 4703. Time: 7pm - 9.45pm Cost: $5 per person. Tickets can be bought 45 minutes before screening begins

Kids - Grow Your Own D.I.Y Workshops. Location: Bunnings Warehouse Rockhampton Time: 10am. Also operating on Sunday, September 28. Cost: Free.

Correction

The Archer Park Rail Museum will host the school holiday fun activities day on Monday September 29 only. The day will include tram rides, special activities and tour guides for the kids. Cost: Child $8.00 (includes one adult) Extra adult $5.50. Time: 10am to 1pm.
