Man crushed in early-morning car accident

A MAN in his 40s has been injured in an early-morning accident in which he was crushed between two cars. 

Paramedics were called to a home at Wales Ct, Mount Coolum at 5.05am where the man had been trapped between two vehicles. 

By the time ambulance officers arrived the man was free of the crush, but had received a fractured pelvis. 

He was taken to Nambour General Hospital in a stable condition.
