Man defecates in washing machine
A NORTH Rockhampton man needs to clean up his act after he went onto a Hammond St property in Kawana on Saturday night and defecated in a washing machine under the house.
Police said the man attempted to gain entry to the house about 9pm, but was disturbed by the occupant, a 59-year-old woman.
He then entered the neighbouring yard and observed the occupants of the house through their window.
Rcokhampton CIB Detective Sergeant Nick Williams said the man switched the occupants' main power off.
He said the occupants went to the window and saw the man standing there naked.
Police and a dog squad traced the man to a nearby location.
Det Sgt Williams said the man claimed to be under the influence of alcohol.
The 18-year-old will appear in court on October 5 charged with offences of stalking, wilful damage, attempted burglary and performing an indecent act.
