Lowood man dies after truck rollover south of Rolleston

10.30am: THE man that died in a truck crash on the Carnarvon Highway last night was from Lowood.

Queensland Fire and Rescue Service was called to the incident about 8.30pm where a road train with two trailers had rolled.

He was 56-year-old. His family have been notified.

Police are still on the scene this morning.

8.15am: A MAN in his 50s has died in a single vehicle truck rollover in Rewan last night.

Initial information suggests at 8.40pm, a truck rolled on the Carnarvon Highway about 60km south of Rolleston.

The driver, and sole occupant of the truck, died at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
