Driver flees after alleged targeted hit and run
A MAN injured in what is believed to be a targeted hit and run has chosen not to make a complaint to police.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the corner of Rickart and Waterloo Sts in Frenchville just after 6pm on Wednesday night.
An ambulance spokeswoman said the man suffered an injury to his foot and a head laceration.
He was transported to the Rockhampton Hospital.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
The victim is believed to be in his 20s.
