Rockhampton man knocked over by vehicle going 10kmh

UPDATE 6.40pm: THE Ambulance service are current treating the man on the scene of the incident.

It is believed the vehicle was going around 10km/h at the time of the "collision".

The injuries are not believed to be serious.

BREAKING 6.30pm: EMERGENCY services are responding to reports of a male pedestrian being knocked over in a collision with a vehicle on Musgrave St near Stockland Shopping Centre.

The victim is aged between 35 and 40 years.

The accident happened near the bus stop.

No details as yet regarding injuries.
