Man suffers head injuries from motor boat propeller

UPDATE: The 24-year-old man who suffered head injuries in a boating accident has been transferred to a Brisbane Hospital.

He was transported by the Royal Flying Doctor Service Saturday night.

It is believed he was still in a critical but stable condition. 

EARLIER: A 24-YEAR-OLD man has suffered head injuries from a motor boat propeller at the Dawson River in Moura.

A Queensland Ambulance service spokesman said the patient was being airlifted to Rockhampton Hospital.

He said they received the call out at 2.31pm.

The man is in a critical but stable condition.
