Maroochydore woman dies after falling from moving motorhome

A MAROOCHYDORE woman has been killed after she fell from a moving motor home.

The vehicle was being driven along Great Eastern Highway yesterday (Tuesday).

Yahoo has reported it was suggested by police the woman, 64, may have been attempting to secure a partially opened door on the motor home, police said.

The incident happened about 2.15pm near Hines Hill, about 240km east of Perth.

Great Eastern Highway was temporarily closed.
