CAMERON Munster could make his return to Browne Park this weekend but it won't be in a Central Queensland strip.

The former Capras fullback will go head-to-head with his past teammates in round 15 of the Queensland Intrust Super Cup on Sunday if he misses selection for Melbourne Storm's home encounter with Sydney Roosters and is called to join Easts Tigers.

The Capras head into the match against Easts well rested and ready after a much-needed mid-season bye following a heartbreaking four-point loss to the PNG Hunters in Gladstone.

Mitch Zornig will make his return to the field from an injury layoff and replaces Liam Pickersgill in the back-row while Fijian flyer Ha'ofanga Rabakewa was recalled to the wing at the expense of Hughie Stanley who drops out.

The game will feature as the televised match of the round.

Capras operations manager Walson Carlos expects a strong home crowd for the event.

"Sunday afternoon footy is always a great family outing. With our ongoing deal of free entry for all junior rugby league players who wear their club shirt or jersey it makes it a really affordable outing for the whole family," Carlos said.

In the lead-up to the match, the Capras will celebrate links with the schoolboys rugby league competitions with two local matches while the club's new association with the Rocky Touch Association will be celebrated with an exhibition match.
