Metal bars ruled out in 'street brawl' investigation

5am: Police have advised there was no evidence metal bars had been used during an incident in Parkhurst, North Rockhampton yesterday.

Police said it appeared to be a domestic incident.

No injuries were reported.and nobody has been charged. 

9.30PM: UPDATE: Further information on the incident was available at this time.

3.40PM: MULTIPLE police crews are responding to reports of a large street brawl in Parkhurst.

Initial reports indicate a group of five or more people, possibly armed with metal bars, are fighting on Yaamba Rd at Parkhurst.

Up to four police units are on the way to the fight.
