Missing Nanango duo believed to be on the Coast

A MAN and woman reported missing from Nanango since Sunday may be in the Sunshine Coast area, police have said. 

Lee Powell, 24 and Kathleen Hockey, 28, were last seen about 5pm on Sunday at a Nanango an address, in the South Burnett.

Police are appealing for public assistance to find the pair with family members holding concerns for their welfare as both suffer from a medical condition. 

They were believed to be travelling in a white Ford utility, Queensland registration LJP91.

Kathleen is described as being of Asian appearance, about 153cm tall with a proportionate build, black hair and brown eyes.

Lee is Caucasian, around 170 cm tall with a proportionate build, light brown hair and hazel eyes.

If anyone sees the pair or the vehicle or has information as to their whereabouts, they are encouraged to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
