Motorbike rider suffers shoulder injuries from accident

A MOTORCYCLIST had a lucky escape yesterday when he was bumped off his motorbike outside an Albert St property in South Rockhampton.

Last night a police media spokeswoman said the rider, 49, from The Range, suffered shoulder injuries. He was taken to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.

Initial reports suggested a car had collided with the motorbike but the incident was a single-vehicle accident.
