EACH year, Natrad Franchise stores from across Australia gather together for their annual National Conference and Gala Dinner where awards for the best workshops around the country are presented.

The 2016 event was hosted at Sydney's luxurious Sheraton on the Park in mid-July with specialist Radiator and Air Conditioning workshop owners and operators from across Australia and New Zealand in attendance.

Natrad HDS Rockhampton was first selected as State Winner for Queensland and then further crowned the National Winner for 2016.

The award recognises success and excellence across a variety of attributes including shop and staff presentation, marketing, sales and service.

The Heazlewood family were delighted to receive this coveted award, and proud to have their business acknowledged as the best Natrad workshop in Australia.

Other 2016 state winners were Natrad HDS Midvale (WA), Natrad HDS Moorebank (NSW/ACT), Natrad Port Lincoln (SA) and Natrad Eaglehawk (VIC).

"Many of our franchisees have delivered outstanding performance over the past year but Natrad Rockhampton has been particularly impressive,” National Franchise Manager Roy Lapedota said.

"A year ago, Natrad HDS Rockhampton moved to new larger premises to accommodate their growing business and future needs.”

With three out of five Natrad state winners coming from the Heavy Duty Specialist group in 2016, it clearly shows the high quality of service of the Natrad HDS group.
