Next stage of Edenbrook development in popular demand

IS EDENBROOK the region's most sought after neighbourhood?

The first three stages at Edenbrook are almost sold out with stage 4 of the development, New Haven, generating a lot of interest with potential buyers.

But it's the newest stage of the development Springbrook that's genereated some hype in the region with construction works moved up by two years to keep up with the demand.

Due to unprecedented enquiry, the exclusive Springbrook is now under construction. Works were originally scheduled to begin in late 2018, however Clyde Constructions have already commenced earthworks with completion now on track for March next year.

Edenbrook's Project Director Melissa Hytch has been overwhelmed with the response of buyers to date.

"To have begun Springbrook two years earlier than scheduled speaks volumes as to how Edenbrook has been received by families looking for that relaxed environment to raise their children, and engage in the sense of community the estate offers,” Melissa said.

"Of the 18 lots, five are already under contract prior to release with the first sods of soil only just being turned, with more buyers currently wishing to purchase off the plan.”

Springbrook is an exclusive enclave where more than half of the allotments either overlook or adjoin extensive parkland, and capture tranquil bushland views. The stage is positioned adjacent to picturesque walking trails and the state of the art playground, and will incorporate extensive landscaping. With blocks selling quickly, opportunities to secure your slice of ÒSpringbrookÓ and ÒNew HavenÓ allotments are limited.
