“No plates, lights or boot”: does burnout for police camera

Police were following a white Commodore which did a burnout in front of a speed camera then took off at over 100 kms per hour on Saturday.
It turned off Thozet Rd onto Lakes Creek Rd, and was last seen heading toward Frenchville.
Police say the single male driver is driving in an erratic manner.
They say the car had no lights, no rego plates, and possibly no boot (or a black boot).
