Nudie run leads to alleged assault
TWO men have appeared in court after allegedly assaulting a 52-year-old man in Gracemere last night.
Police allege Daniel James Godfrey, 20, and Philip John Craddick, 17, were running naked down Viney St when the complainant came out of his residence and confronted them.
It is alleged the pair returned to their house and got dressed before returning to the complainant's residence and assaulting him.
The pair appeared in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court today.
Both entered no plea.
Godfrey was refused bail and remanded in custody, while Craddick was released on bail.
They are both due to appear in court again on February 27.
