One little pill leads to shakes, fear of leaving the bedroom

WHEN Jayde Rabnott started to suffer from constant panic attacks and severe anxiety, she never thought it was all because of one tiny pill.

On October 1, last year the Rockhampton legal assistant woke up with a sickening feeling in the pit of her stomach, continuous shakes and a fear of leaving her bedroom.

And that's how she spent the next two months.

In November, Jayde was diagnosed with generalised anxiety and panic disorder but little did she know that the contraceptive pill she was taking daily was the cause of the illness.
