Outpouring of grief for Freddy

FRIENDS of Freddy Andrews turned to Facebook to express their sorrow and despair following the tragic accident that claimed the teenager's life on Wednesday afternoon.

The young man died in a single-vehicle car crash at Midgee, about 15km south of Rockhampton about 2.30pm.

The four other people in the car are seriously injured and are reportedly still in hospital.

The Facebook site contains messages of love, mourning and regret from those who knew the teenage boy and didn't get to say goodbye.

Kaitlyn Laing wrote: “im deeply sorry and wish you didn't die :'( you'll be missed heaps and i hope when your sitting up there in heaven watching down on us all, that you'll understand that you will be missed heaps and most of us can't come to terms that you did go, we'll miss you heaps and you were a good person inside, and you'll never be forgotten (sic).”
