Statue Bay - restoration of the Scenic Highway - $15 million (over 2 years)

Panorama Drive - $30 million over 4 years 2014-2018 (jointly funded by LSC and State Govt).

Barmaryee Multi-Sports Centre - Fifteen Netball Courts and shared Amenities with Junior Rugby League $1.88 million (jointly funded by LSC and State Govt)

Emu Park Multi-sports Complex Master Plan scoping, sealing Bicentennial Oval entrance, Emu Park lifesavers area enhancements - $340,000.

Restoration of Byfield tennis courts - $55,000

Capricorn Coast Cemetery replacement - $500,000

Farnborough School set down zone - $200,000

New and upgraded playgrounds (Zilzie Cove, Cawarral, Keppel Sands) - $165,000

Glenlee Skate Park - $150,000

Marlborough SES building to complete fit-out - $85,000

Marlborough pool concourse and power upgrade - $40,000

Chandler Road construction $2.7 million

Braithwaite Street reconstruction - $1.9 million

Renewal of unsealed gravel roads - $1.34 million

Intersection upgrade Queen and Mary St - $550,000 (Federal Govt Blackspot funding)

Intersection upgrade Appleton Drive and Vaughn St - $500,000 (Federal Govt Blackspot funding)

Urban and Rural Road Reseals - $780,000

Floodway upgrades - $184,000

Rockwall cyclone damage restorations - $4 million

Tanby Road Flood Mitigation - $1.4 million (jointly funded by LSC, State and Federal Govt).
