Pauline Hanson shouts 100 beers at town hall meeting

PAULINE Hanson held a pub town hall meeting at Longreach's Birdcage Hotel on February 25, shouting 100 beers for attendees.

Hanson discussed the Adani mine project and its impact on the outback community, with a view to securing employment for local workers instead of foreign fly-in-fly-out workers.

High power costs for outback communities, road conditions and welfare were a few of the items on the agenda during the one-hour Facebook Live town hall.

"It's listening to grassroots Australians and that's why I'm here and talking to the locals and trying to find the answers," Hanson said.
