Peppa Pig is coming to town

CAROLYNE Vilciauskas was determined she was not going to miss out on the hottest tickets in town.

She even had all her co-workers joining her in the race to purchase tickets when they went on sale yesterday morning in Rockhampton.

And it turns out, so were hundreds of others in CQ.

These tickets were not for a rock concert, nor a Broadway production.

These tickets were to see a pig who likes to jump in puddles.

Carolyne, who managed to score five tickets to Peppa Pig Live! Treasure Hunt appearing at The Pilbeam Theatre in May, said early yesterday she couldn't wait to see her three-year-old daughter Mia's face when she found out.

"She will be so excited when she finds out where we are going," Carolyne said.

"This will be her first show." With ticket sales selling fast yesterday the promoters released a second show just over an hour after going on sale at 9am.
