Missing teen hands herself into police after 4 days

UPDATE: A TOOWOOMBA teenager reported missing four days ago has handed herself in to police.

The 15-year-old girl, whose name police did not release, reported in person to the Toowoomba Police Station earlier today.

It followed a missing persons bulletin released Sunday afternoon, calling for any information as to where she was.

A police spokesman said the teenager had reported to police but had not given any background as to her disappearance.

Her last confirmed sighting had been at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre about 11.30am Thursday.

She was safe and well when she reported to police.

SUNDAY, 2PM: A 15-YEAR-OLD girl has been reported missing from the Glenvale area in Toowoomba.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the girl who was last seen at around 11.30am on Thursday, November 19 at the Clifford Gardens shopping centre on the corner of James St and Anzac Ave.

She was last seen wearing a white singlet and black tights.

She is described as caucasian, large in build, approximately 160cm tall, with pink hair, shaven up the sides.
